Her knowledge of area and various contractors were critical to the timely sale of the house. I am from out of the area, and Tracey handled all appointments, including finding and scheduling contractors to prepare the home for sale. The professionalism was fantastic. Tracey handled all aspects of the selling process, relieving me of any burden. This was important since I am from out of the area.

Hands down, the most valuable thing Tracey did was manage all of the contractor/upgrade/repair work that needed to happen at my property. She did this without me asking, and was so incredibly on top of things. I never had to lift a finger. This was great for me, as I was really busy with work and moving my belongings out of the house.

As is sometimes the case, we had to sell our mother's home once she passed away. Tracey was super supportive, always available and met and arranged all work to be done in the home. On the rare occasion that Tracey did not have the answer to our problem, she networked and met with other realtors to find us provide us with a solution. Selling our mother's last earthly possession was very, very difficult. However, Tracey exemplified the very meaning of understanding and compassion. I wish there were many more people like her!!! She meet with contractors at the house for my brother and I.

Tracey always made sure to contact me when houses came on the market that she thought I would like. She readily drove me to view the houses with pertinent information about each of them. She was incredibly patient as we toured wash house. She was always friendly and happy.

Supportive and knowledgeable. Tracey was wonderful! I will always appreciate all she did for me. She is still giving me support as my new house flooded due to plumber error!

She made us feel we were in good hands..... and we were.....She was the best and we will use her again. THANKS

She was always happy to take me to see potential listings. She listened, she was thoughtful and friendly. Everyone has always been very helpful. I don’t think I could have gotten through this experience without Tracey!

Tracey helped me purchase, and then later sell, my very first home. She made me feel comfortable right away and that none of my (million) questions were stupid. This came in handy because there was so much important information involved and I was brand new to the realty realm. She handled all the “heavy lifting” of negotiation and sticking up for me when other players involved were not treating me fairly. I always felt like she was advising me to do what was in MY best interest and that I had freedom to decide whatever I wanted with no pressure. If I ever move back to Hampton Roads, I would LOVE to hire her again.

If we needed something fixed or taken care of, we could trust Tracey to get it done. We were first-time home buyers and we LOVED Tracey. We always felt informed during the purchasing process. If we had questions or needs at any time of the day or night, Tracey was available to help us.
