We were having a hard time finding a house in the beginning. But Toby never gave up. He knew exactly what we were looking for & he found us the perfect house! We are in our dream house. I would choose Toby a million times to be our realtor, he doesn't give up until were happy. Very helpful & he will text or call you back ASAP any time of day.

My wife and I have been moving from State to State and Country to Country for the last 13 years now due to military obligations. I would have to say that Toby is the most helpful, knowledgeable, the most professional and the best realtor we have ever worked with. Toby has numerous clients due to his amazing reputation and he definitely showed us why he is a Premier agent. Excellent for first time buyers like us. Really taught us a lot of the real estate lingo and watched out for us. Showed us a variety of homes, helped us bargain with the previous owner of our house to even include a pool table and all appliances. Deal-finder. You can trust Toby. Highly recommended.

Very helpful throughout the process of my first home purchase. Showed me many different houses that fit in my budget he also introduced me to a local lender who is also very personal. Toby and his team do not treat you like a number they treat you like family. Toby helped me and my husband when looking to buy our first home together over three years ago. I have worked with many real estate agents in the past and some are definitely better than others. Toby is one of the best!
He's so easy to work with, very personable and easy going. He's very knowledgeable, not just about the buying and selling process, but about all aspects of real estate. He has personal experience in real estate investing and rentals so he offers insights when looking at homes that other agents may not be able to offer.
Toby also has great connections with other professionals. He recommended a fantastic home inspector (the absolute most thorough I have ever met) and even connected us with a contractor to refinish our floors after we moved into our new house.
Even after three years, my husband and I still stay in touch with Toby. He's always quick to respond to any questions we might have. He's come by our house to assess our value after we made some improvements. He gave us advice on making additional improvements (which would increase the value of our house and which ones wouldn't). He's consulted us when we were considering selling our house or renting it, and buying another. He actually recommended we stay put, even though there was nothing in it for him. He's always willing to discuss the current market with me, which I like to do from time to to time just to stay informed. He's just a great person to know!
