I have ever dealt with. He is one of very few people in the world who still truly care about the customers happiness rather than profit margin. He worked tirelessly to ensure that I ended up in a house I absolutely love for a fantastic price.
Toby's work ethic is second to none. He actually found the listing for my home, sent it to me and set up an appointment all while being out of town. Toby was always able to juggle his many tasks while always making time for me and making feel as if I was his only client. I would recommend Toby to anyone as a realtor you can trust, who truly cares about your happiness, and will work tirelessly to get you exactly what you want.

Excellent for first time buyers like us. Really taught us a lot of the real estate lingo and watched out for us. Showed us a variety of homes, helped us bargain with the previous owner of our house to even include a pool table and all appliances. Deal-finder. You can trust Toby. Highly recommended.

From the day we started working with him, he answered our every question and listened to our wants and needs. It only took about a month from the time we started looking for our new home, to our move in date! He never once tried to sell us on a higher priced house. Very helpful throughout the process of my first home purchase. Showed me many different houses that fit in my budget he also introduced me to a local lender who is also very personal. Toby and his team do not treat you like a number they treat you like family. I am very happy with the service that he has provided and will recommend him to any one that i know who is wanting to buy a house.

Toby helped me and my husband when looking to buy our first home together over three years ago. I have worked with many real estate agents in the past and some are definitely better than others. Toby is one of the best!
He's so easy to work with, very personable and easy going. He's very knowledgeable, not just about the buying and selling process, but about all aspects of real estate. He has personal experience in real estate investing and rentals so he offers insights when looking at homes that other agents may not be able to offer.
Toby also has great connections with other professionals. He recommended a fantastic home inspector (the absolute most thorough I have ever met) and even connected us with a contractor to refinish our floors after we moved into our new house.
Even after three years, my husband and I still stay in touch with Toby. He's always quick to respond to any questions we might have. He's come by our house to assess our value after we made some improvements. He gave us advice on making additional improvements (which would increase the value of our house and which ones wouldn't). He's consulted us when we were considering selling our house or renting it, and buying another. He actually recommended we stay put, even though there was nothing in it for him. He's always willing to discuss the current market with me, which I like to do from time to to time just to stay informed. He's just a great person to know!
