We could not see the house in person as we lived out of state, and Brandi made sure to take detailed videos and kept in touch on a regular basis regarding all matters of the house. We are a military family who recently moved from Alaska. I had been looking at recommendations online for realtors in the area and Brandi's name kept popping up. I am so glad we found her because I cannot imagine working with anyone else - she was absolutely amazing. I would give her 10 stars if I could! We fell in love with a home we saw online and started the process to buy while we were still in Alaska. Unfortunately, the home had major problems and it ended up not working out (for the best.) We needed to sell my mother-in-law's home in Newport News quickly and the single best decision we made was to utilize Brandi and her team. She is the consummate professional with high energy and skill. She is very knowledgeable in marketing and uses the latest techniques, such as drone photography. But beyond that, her most important quality is that she truly cares. She makes you feel as if you are the single most important client she has and she really listens to your wants and desires. The home was only on the market for five days before it sold. We are so grateful to Brandi for guiding us through each step of the process and her personal touches such as being there herself for repairmen when we could not and understanding the needs of a military family. I cannot recommend Brandi highly enough. She is best!
