She utilizes the most up-to-date selling methods with honesty and integrity. Even after the deal was done and I moved, she stopped by to see how things went. We met. Meg at an open house at another property about 6 months before we were ready to buy. She set us up to get the MLS
listings and we started feeling the market out. When Athena and Meg went out looking they went to 4 houses. Meg was a little
reluctant to show the one we bought because it was slightly above our budget but Athena wanted to see. As soon as Athena walked
in the front door it "spoke to her" and she knew THIS is the house I want so she called me to tell me about it and I actually called Meg to put in an offer on it before I had even seen the house. Everything went smoothly and very professionally.

This was my first experience selling a house as a widow. Meg took all of the stress out of the process with her quiet competence. She was friendly, kind, and always available, answering my texts and calls immediately. Although I know she had other clients at the time, she made me feel as if mine were the only one. She worked extremely well with the buyers agent, and negotiated a price that both sides approved. Provided suggestions for people to do needed repairs, moving companies, recommended a wonderful consignment lady who came to the house to pick up items. Meg also delivered some consignment items. She would go to the house to check on things, make sure it was locked, lights turned off, and whatever else needed attention. She helped with the staging which was very well done.
