Check out all the agents you want, but you will never find another one as wonderful as Frances Capriglione. Making the decision to sell my home was very hard and emotional for me and I needed just the right person to understand and make the process as easy as possible. Frances knew just the right approach to take to showcase my home in the best possible way to attract buyers and soothe my nerves in the process. Never doubt that this woman gives 110% to the sale of your home. By the time you are done with the whole process you will feel you have had the very best of agents who looked out for your interests.

If you’re looking for a buyers agent who treats you like family, Frances is that one!!! My wife and I were referred to her by my colleagues who had just bought their home, and now we know exactly why they couldn’t stop raving about her.

From day one, Frances showed up for us. I’ll never forget our first showing. It was pouring rain, the house had no gutters, mud was everywhere, and here comes Frances, IN HEELS, walking through it all like it was nothing. No rush, no complaints just fully focused on making sure we saw every part of that home. That moment told us everything we needed to know: she’s committed, she’s real, and she’s about her clients.

Frances is the perfect mix of mama bear and a sweet soul. She bends over backwards to make sure you’re comfortable, informed, and taken care of. She over-communicates with every form of communication (call, text, and email). She made us feel like we were her only clients, even though we know she has others.

Lastly, she’s got love for the whole family. Our kids absolutely adored her. She’d bring them little gifts, hug them up every time, and even showed up after we closed just to drop off more presents. Who does that?! Frances does.
