Timing of sale, staging and negotiation was most valuable.

We bought a home from Vicki more than 10 years ago and when we elected to sell this home we actively sought out Vicki. Her knowledge of Williamsburg and surrounding areas is unrivaled just as is her real estate acumen. Vicki is kind, intelligent, professional...all with above reproach work ethic. I can say without reservation she went above and beyond selling our home.....she willingly tended to work clearly outside of her purview however she tackled it all with gusto and grace.

We wholeheartedly recommend Vicki without any reservations whatsoever. We are grateful our paths crossed many years ago ; once again she exceeded our expectations and made a stressful situation as pleasant as it could possibly be. Thank you Vicki and Liz Moore!

We used her in the past to purchase the home, and nothing has changed in the 6 years. She constantly is working to make sure every step of the process is taken care of. She was quick to respond to any questions we had and made sure we understood everything that came up through the process. Honestly, I'm not sure I can think of anything that would have made the process better. Everything Vicki did was efficient and well thought out in preparation and sale of our house. I've already referred Vicki to a friend who might need to sell his rental property in the future.

Vicki worked just as hard looking at houses with/for us as she did selling our house. Whenever we saw a house we wanted to go look at pop up on the market, Vicki set up the appointment right away. After we made the offer and went through the process of closing on the house, Vicki kept us informed on everything we needed to know throughout the process.
