It is hard to believe it has been two months since we closed! Apologies for the lateness of this note. We wanted to thank you for doing such a great job in helping us buy our first home.

The house is amazing! It really is awesome. We have breakfast every morning on the screened porch. We love the master bath, the kitchen, the office, etc. The neighborhood and surrounding area (bike path, parks, etc.) are also great. I could go on and on. We are truly blessed to live in such a beautiful home and have you to thank for helping make this possible.

I recently spoke to a co-worker that recently purchased a home in Maryland. I won’t go into details, but he didn’t have a great buying experience and part of that was his agent. It was a strong reminder of how fortunate we were to have such a great agent helping us.

I also wanted to let you know that we filled out the Liz Moore survey. We of course gave you top marks across the board and won’t hesitate to recommend you to our friends.

John knows the Williamsburg area really well.
This was extremely helpful when selection neighborhoods and houses to look at. He is also very knowledgeable on different aspects of home construction types, materials, etc. This was invaluable to us as new homeowners. John also recommended several great local businesses, including homeowners insurance, movers, furniture stores, etc. We were very pleased with all of his recommendations. This proved extremely valuable since we got great recommendations and didn't have to search around.

He is always available to answer questions and provide, he is flexible in making clients schedule, he is exceptionally patient and he has a great sense of humor! Kept us informed about houses and made himself available for showings so that we could minimize long I95 trips from Fairfax. Also John never rushed...we felt he was really looking out for our best interests.
