John was easy to reach and knowledgeable about the area. He thought of every single detail. The title company was excellent. Everyone I was in contact with was customer service oriented (a refreshing change, I might add). I would not hesitate to refer anyone.

In nearly 30 years of buying and selling homes, we found Liz Moore and Associates and specifically, our agent John Womeldorf, to be the best we've encountered. He was responsive, attentive to details and always went above and beyond what you would expect from your agent. Because we were living out of state when we purchased our new home, John guided us through the entire process - from our initial search to the completion and closing on our home. He sent us pictures documenting the builder's progress, performed a preliminary walk-through, scheduled the closing to coincide with our moving plans and ensured that our utilities were turned on. He even took measurements so we could order appliances and window treatments! We would highly recommend John and would use him again!

He was so good to find out my requirements and make recommendations with his online portal. This portal - with the listings I wanted to think about - made me feel connected to the real estate in Williamsburg even though I was far away in France. His on-line blogs and letters written about the community made me aware of his vast knowledge and style. I felt I knew a lot about him and Williamsburg before meeting. On the other hand, my husband got to know him face to face when actually being shown around. He met my husband's house search expectations as well. It seems that this agency is well planned and professional, meeting the needs of employees and sellers and buyers. John was outstanding!

John was always available to address questions/concerns that we had. His response time was fantastic. He also took pictures of the home and neighborhood during the building period and gave us updates since were out of state. His responsiveness, preparation and knowledge are OUTSTANDING!
