John's services were outstanding. He took care of everything, even the transfer of the utility accounts. He made the sale happen. He also recommended contractors for required repairs and followed them through to completion.

I corresponded with John online - about grocery stores and neighborhoods, months before the real work together to find the right house. He was so good to find out my requirements and make recommendations with his online portal. This portal - with the listings I wanted to think about - made me feel connected to the real estate in Williamsburg even though I was far away in France. His on-line blogs and letters written about the community made me aware of his vast knowledge and style. I felt I knew a lot about him and Williamsburg before meeting. On the other hand, my husband got to know him face to face when actually being shown around. He met my husband's house search expectations as well. It seems that this agency is well planned and professional, meeting the needs of employees and sellers and buyers. John was outstanding!

I think John would have driven to the end of the earth to show us a home we were interested in. The process from the home selection all the way down to the utilities transfer was the smoothest purchase one could ever dream of. John was always available to address questions/concerns that we had. His response time was fantastic. He also took pictures of the home and neighborhood during the building period and gave us updates since were out of state. His responsiveness, preparation and knowledge are OUTSTANDING!

John gave us exceptional customer service. Always willing to go the extra mile in answering our questions or in assisting us with any number of other real estate issues. He never said he couldn't do something and he was always available, or made himself available, whenever we felt inclined to visit the property. Additionally he gave us great advice regarding the house inspection that I'm sure saved us thousands of dollars! Great service, I can see why you are 'Mr. Williamsburg' - you are OUTSTANDING - a 10!

John has set the gold standard for service and support through a long and protracted process. We purchased a home in foreclosure which had a very challenging process to complete and John went far above and beyond to both speed up the process and to take rseponsiblity for many aspects of the process that would have been too challenging for us, without professional representation. John was outstanding in every aspect of this process as he has been all three times we have used his services for buying and selling homes. He could teach a course on how to achieve a pinnacle in customer service and relationship building! He represents Liz Moore and himself as examples of excellence! He is outstanding - a 10!
