My son, lives in Newport News and I live in Goochland County. I was very apprehensive about him buying his first home without being with him. Debi was fantastic. I can't say enough good things about her. She led him step by step through the process. She not only helped him but continually updated me on how things were going and even answered all of my questions. I have bought and sold three homes with different real estate agents. Never did I feel as free to ask questions. Never did a real estate agent go with me to closing, it was always handled at the lawyers office with no agent. She went above and beyond the normal call of duty finding hidden cost about some of the condominiums that we would never have know about. As a first time homebuyer, I faced a lot of uncertanity, questions, and stress going into the home buying process. Debi has a very upbeat attitude and her friendliness is very catching, it really make the home inspection, visiting potential homes, and even reviewing the contracts enjoyable. She helped get my questions answered and helped me understand the whold process which was very important to me. With Debi's help, I was able to feel confident that I was making the right choices and getting the right answers to my questions. Also, I can't say enough about how hard Debi worked to stay in close contact with me and go the extra mile, that really meant a lot. She was able to make accommodations to let my friends and family look at the potential houses with me, I belive this relaly made me feel comfortable and feel I made the right decision. I would highly recommend Debi to anyone buying or selling a home.

I had previously listed my home and it sat on the market for 6 months. With Debi’s guidance, we had a contract in less than 2 months and closed a month later! My home required several repairs: Debi found reputable contractors, provided estimates, and was there when the work completed- and all before the closing date! Debi explained each step of the selling process and I appreciate all that she did to not only market my home, but to get it sold!

Debi is a top-notch negotiator who fought for us through the entire sale, saving us over $10,000!! When problems arose that seemed to destroy the contract, she worked non-stop until the contract was signed. Debi is a dream come true!
