Her experience includes a list of trade professionals I used to help with repairs needed to satisfy the lender and get the loan closed. Debi provided great advice and marketed our house to sell fast. Her photographer and videographer captured our house beautifully. The write up she posted expressed our love for the house and the neighborhood accurately. Debi responded to all of our emails and calls in record time. The results? Debi will work for you in the best way. We lived in Texas, and Debi went to houses we selected, took videos, and sent them to us. She helped us negotiate a price just hundreds below the next highest bidder. She worked directly with me to amend the contract for inspection repairs. Her recommendations were always right on. She arranged for local, trustworthy (and inexpensive!) contractors to come out to the house and prepare estimates and do repairs. She responded to texts and emails way past business hours. She solved problems for us as they came up with minimal effort on our part. I am very skeptical about real estate agents, but Debi earned my trust and acted in my best interest the whole time. 5 Star Rating!

We live in Texas, and I visited Newport News once to look for houses. Debi took me to half a dozen, at my pace, which was quick and efficient. By the time I left, I knew the neighborhoods and the housing market well. When I left, Debi acted as my eyes and ears, taking videos of half a dozen houses for me and sending them to me. She was so thorough that my wife and I made an offer on a house without having physically seen it. The house needed work after the inspection. Debi worked with me to make amendments to the contract. She was quick, attentive, and precise. She arranged for contractors to do the work, letting them into the house and updating me on their progress. I always knew what was going on, and Debi was on top of everything. She negotiated for us, worked for us, and communicated with us. Debi was a household name to our kids, and she felt like a good friend. She really worked with us, and we could trust her. I would recommend her to anyone.
