She coordinates and collaborates with all parties so that I never have to, she responds accurately and quickly, and she is a genuinely great person to talk to and be around. Her hard and soft skills are unparalleled compared to other realtors I’ve worked with. She ran my open house for me while I was out of town (including sweet cupcakes), she helped us coordinate several viewings and we were able to quickly get under contract and sell the property for $10,000 over asking. Riya had the subject matter expertise to help us accurately price and negotiate our sales contract. I cannot say enough about how incredible Riya is!!!
