Incredible experience! Riya was an absolute professional and rockstar during all phases of the homebuying process

She went above and beyond by overseeing a complete renovation of the home and picking out the pretty
things to make the house complete. She was communicative and responsive. We felt like she was on our side throughout the entire process. We trusted her 100% as we conducted the transaction from over 7,000 miles away. Riya is a superstar and will definitely recommend her to others.

But dealing with a trying seller was the best.

She worked with me to update my condo before selling by helping with paint color selections/fixture selections and elements for
staging. She could also be an interior designer. She has a really good eye for what buyers are looking for.

I was an out of town investor. I am so glad I found Riya on Zillow. She is the best realtor in Virginia Beach. She is very organized, very responsive to phone calls and text messages, and very trustworthy. I did not have to worry about anything because I know she has my best interest. She would advise me on which area to stay away since I am an out of town investor. If you have a need on buying and selling in VB, I would definitely go with Riya.
