We, that is Ralph and Vyster Brown, had the privilege and honor to have Shirlean Whichard as our selling agent this past fall/winter 2025/2026. She is very professional in what she says, and what she does. She carries a 100 personality along with her behavior and is very patient. She’s very knowledgeable and skillful of her business . If there’s something she doesn’t know she will find out. She keeps it real. Everyone knows that buying a home can be a very stressful event in life, but I can definately say that Shirlean made this experience easy peasy. This was my first time buying a home and she and her team stood by my side the whole way.Her warm personality, determination and punctuality led me to purchase the perfect home for me and my daughter. 4 years ago, we were blessed beyond our wildest dreams to purchase a BEAUTIFUL home that we never imagined we’d be afforded to see. But while grateful to God, we kept Dreaming, and in true BIG GOD fashion, he answered again!!! This dream started six months ago when a brand new agent and sister was hosting an open house in a new development neighborhood. We went to visit her to show our support, and while that new neighborhood was not our cup of tea, on the way out she said “Hey….
