I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Steve Parks. From beginning to end, Steve truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled the right way. His communication was outstanding—he thoroughly explained the entire process, kept us updated every step of the way, and always made sure we were comfortable with what was happening.

What impressed me most was how much Steve genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. Even while he was on vacation, he stayed in contact with us and continued to make sure everything was moving in the right direction. He even went as far as paying to have the house power washed and covering repairs that needed to be completed. That level of commitment and customer service is extremely rare.

I’ve worked with a lot of people over the years, and I can confidently say that Steve has been the best person I’ve dealt with in Virginia. He is professional, responsive, dependable, and most importantly, he stands behind his word and makes sure things get done right.
