Steven is one hell of a great guy to work with.. We are first time house buyers that hadn't really any clue how to go about it.. The house we ended up buying was actually suggested by Steven & it ended up being the perfect property & everything we were looking for.. Thanks to Steve's excellent communication & attentiveness were were able to lock it in.. From there he helped us with all aspects of the buying process from soup to nuts.. He definitely made one of our biggest decisions a confident decision all the way to the closing date.. Would 100% recommend Steven Parks to anyone looking to buy a house!
