Debi worked with me through the frustrations, emotions, difficult decisions, and best of all, excitement of buying my first home! Many people were skeptical because I was a 24 year old female trying to buy a house on her own... But you actually treated me as an adult who was looking to make an investment. 11 months ago you brought me to my house and as soon as I walked in, I knew it was perfect! 366 days ago, you sat with my dad and I as we went through all of the overwhelming paper work involved. Debi was very prompt in making the initial contact with us. She quickly set up times to look at houses. Debi went far above and beyond her responsibilities in negotiating with a loan company and ultimately securing a loan for the house. Debi always kept us in the communication loop and ultimately made it possible for us to close on the property. Mrs. Warren is an outstanding agent, a young lady that listens and also gives some good advice. A good friend. Happy that I had her for an agent. She listened to me on what type of home I was looking for and explained what to look out for when we looked at different residents.
