She took a big scary experience I wasn't sure I was ready for and made it easy, and enjoyable. She was almost always available, informative and comforting. We were locked into buying a house, and things were going well until the appraiser came in and valued the house at $20k under what we agreed upon. The sellers backed out, and I had just under four weeks to move. Debi found a better house in a better neighborhood, and got us to close in three weeks. She did this while I was crawling out of my skull with anxiety, and she did it with a smile. I love my new home and she made that happen.
