Kate is the best in the business. As a first-time buyer, I had no idea what to expect when I started to look at homes. But I am so appreciative of how easy and stress-free Kate made the entire process. She asks all the right questions, is prepared for everything, and is the best advocate for her clients when issues do pop up. She’s precisely the person you want to have on your side of the table, and I couldn’t recommend her more!

I’m an older widower who didn’t expect to get back into the housing market. But I came across a dream home that I wanted to pursue but didn’t have an advocate. I got a recommendation of Kate Kelley and oh my was that a blessing. Kate is so knowledgeable but is also an energetic, thoughtful professional who looked out for me at every twist and turn of what turned out to be a delightful buying experience. She was always thinking multiple steps ahead and had a plan at the ready. I had zero surprises or disappointments. I couldn’t recommend Kate more highly!

Kate has by far been the best and most professional realtor I have ever worked with! She is reliable, great with communication, and always available to answer any questions I had on both the selling and buying side. We will definitely continue to use her for any purchases in the future. It always felt like Kate was extremely prepared down to the little detail (even bringing a small basket of things like a tape measure, paper/pens for notes for us, waters, etc with to our inspection). More than anything else, Kate felt like our strongest advocate and I cannot recommend her enough.
