Kim was amazing! She took care of all the details big and small. I was out of town taking care of grandchildren when a service provider needed access to our hoe for the sale. Rather than waiting Kim took care of the appointment by coming to our house to meet with the company. She gave us great advice and exceeded our expectations throughout the process. Kim was beyond helpful and professional!

You were always there for me day and night and weekends to answer all my questions and guide me every step of the way. Selling your home is considered by most people a very stressful endeavor especially if you are out of state as I was. From our first meeting with Kim she listened and understood our needs and desires for our move to Williamsburg. She would look at properties and then FaceTime with us because of the distance we had and walk us through each property. When we finally found the house we wanted she was willing and ready to meet with various contractors and vendors. I would highly refer to anyone looking to relocate to this area.

Kim was always on top of the fast market ready with answers, first appointments, and great attitude. She was able to answer all our questions or find the answers quickly for us. She is very very attentive to her clients' needs and extremely kind as a person. Our children were looking forward to seeing her and go visit homes until we found ours. When we did find our home Kim was on top of her game and if it was not for her connections, efforts, and knowledge we would not have gotten it as the market was so fast and demanding. When we got this home she handmade a beautiful gift we keep on top of the fireplace.
