Kim Wood is an amazing person! I am so blessed to have her as my realtor during a difficult time in my life. Going through a divorce alone is stressful but selling a house and all that goes with it can be more stressful. But Kim has made it so much less stressful for me. Even in the "touchy" market we are experiencing at this time I trust that Kim is doing ALL she can to help facilitate the sale of my house. I couldn't make it through this process and difficult itme without her! Thank you so much Kim!

Kim did a wonderful job advising me on the sale of my home. She was available and attentive to my needs and questions. She had names of service workers should they be needed for my home sale. She is the type of agent who makes it her business to build a knowledge base of the areas in which she practices real estate and works to learn about any quirks etc. that may be part of the different neighborhoods. She understands the real estate market and shares her understanding with her clients. I recommend her as an agent to anyone considering buying or selling a home.

Kim has been very professional in keeping me informed throughout this whole process. Kim is a very calm realtor. She is always cheerful and encouraging, and she always has a positive outlook on things. My first buyer ended up not qualifying. Kim went right to work. After showing my house two days I had 5 good offers. The best one was an even better offer than the first one. I got the greatest offer and the appraiser agreed. I really appreciate everything Kim did to make this happen.

Kim was amazing! She took care of all the details big and small. I was out of town taking care of grandchildren when a service provider needed access to our hoe for the sale. Rather than waiting Kim took care of the appointment by coming to our house to meet with the company. She gave us great advice and exceeded our expectations throughout the process. From our first meeting with Kim she listened and understood our needs and desires for our move to Williamsburg. She would look at properties and then FaceTime with us because of the distance we had and walk us through each property. When we finally found the house we wanted she was willing and ready to meet with various contractors and vendors. I would highly refer to anyone looking to relocate to this area.

Kim was always on top of the fast market ready with answers, first appointments, and great attitude. She was able to answer all our questions or find the answers quickly for us. She is very very attentive to her clients' needs and extremely kind as a person. Our children were looking forward to seeing her and go visit homes until we found ours. When we did find our home Kim was on top of her game and if it was not for her connections, efforts, and knowledge we would not have gotten it as the market was so fast and demanding. When we got this home she handmade a beautiful gift we keep on top of the fireplace.
