As we work toward closing our third house with Kim Geddis in the past 9 months, we'd just
like to share a few thoughts. We met Kim when we wanted to list our Moseley Road house. This
was a unique property that required a lot of work. Kim is incredibly hardworking! She walked the
property with potential buyers and was always there when the house and property were shown.
Selling a property with acreage and no real comps for the home can be a challenge. Kim never
stopped trying to come up with new ways to market the house. Our mortgage lender was so
impressed with Kim he even had Kim help his own children look for and purchase houses! You
won't find a real agent who works any harder and always with your best interest at heart than
Kim Geddis!

My wife and I were first time home buyers and Kim was great to work with. She was very
responsive and answered all of our questions throughout the home buying process. I would
definitely recommend working with Kim.

Kim is an amazing realtor. She knows the market and is unbelievably knowledgeable
about resales and new construction. She listens to what YOU want and doesn’t waste your time

With Kim's expert help I have both bought and sold a house. She is extremely

follow through. She is extremely helpful in developing buying and selling strategies, amazing in
using marketing analysis, resources, and tools, very diligent in all aspects of professional
service, and exceptionally loyal as a customer advocate. Five stars does not begin to describe
or define Kim Geddis. I highly recommend her to anyone who may need an amazing realtor.

Our experience with Kim was perfect from start to finish. Approximately 6 years ago I was
looking to move from New Jersey to the Richmond area which is when I was first introduced to
Kim. At that point we had found a house from someone else to rent but she had made such a
great impression on us that, five years later, when looking to purchase, she was the first and
last person we spoke to. She had and still has such a great vibe. A very positive aura about
herself which we instantly fell in love with. My wife and i had done some preliminary numbers
and information gathering but Kim took it to the next level. We decided to use all of Kim's
associates throughout which worked out very well for us. All we had to do was find the perfect
home. Once we found the home, Kim was right there in our corner every step of the way making
negotiations smoother than i could have imagined. It was truly a blessing to have such a
wonderful person in our lives as our family took that next big step forward. Should we every
have the need to make any further decisions on real estate, she will most certainly be the first
and most likely person i will call. If you ever happen to read this Kim it has truly been a blessing
