I came to know Tabitha Dalton through my parents. My parents spoke very highly of her.So after the sudden passing of both parents within a short span, I followed my parents lead and reached out to Tabitha. Living out of town and having limited time, I relied on Tabitha and her expertise and knowledge of the Williamsburg market to offer me tips and suggestions to make my parents property appealing to today’s real estate market. I followed her lead and I so respect the patience that she had with me while navigating such a difficult process for myself. My experience with Tabitha Dalton of Liz Moore & Associates was excellent. She was always available during the many steps in selling my home of 51 years. I was particularly grateful for her work with contractors for necessary servicing and repairs: locating possible contractors, getting estimates, advising me on decisions, and seeing that the work was carried out properly. Although the selling process was more complicated than I had anticipated, she made everything as easy for me as possible. I don't expect to need the services of a real estate agent again, but I wouldn't hesitate to hire Tabitha again if needed.

Tabitha made our home selling process a BREEZE. She handled every single detail from our photos, listing, open house, and excellent marketing strategy. Any question we had, she had the answer. She sold our house in one weekend and we closed without a hitch. She is the total package and we would use her again in a heartbeat. We’re a military couple so we have recommended her to our friends who also move frequently, and put her card up on our base because we want everyone to have as great of an experience as we did. Overall, we can’t say enough wonderful things about her.
