Tabitha was such a pleasure to work with—she is patient, thorough, professional, and very personable. I began my search over the summer as a young first time homebuyer and wasn’t too sure of the process; I even paused my search for a few months due to the market. She remained communicative the entire time, and helped educate me on items and options throughout the process. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed—which was very much appreciated as I sorted some items out and tried to determine the best route forward. Once we found a property, she was on top of everything with inspections, the seller, and my lender which made my life a lot easier during a normally (I would imagine) stressful process.

If you’re a FTHB, I would definitely recommend meeting with Tabitha. She goes above and beyond, and was truly phenomenal to work with.

Last year my husband and I sold our home to move internationally for work and this year we were sent back to VA and knew we wanted to work with Tabitha again to find a home. Buying a home with Tabitha was just as easy and pleasant as selling a home with her was. She is kind, extremely knowledgable, prompt, and thorough. We had to find our home from overseas and she was the best representative that we could have asked for. She works so hard for her clients and has made our lives significantly easier as sellers and buyers. I would recommend her to everyone.
