Michelle presented me with an initial analysis of the property and the comps in the area, I gave her a baseline of where I stood and what I was looking for and she ensured she met or surpassed my expectations.

Michelle was a hands on Realtor from the time we first engaged with her in March 2023 as a dual military couple retiring and relocating from out of state to now, after we have moved into and settled into our new home in New Kent VA.
