I have just closed on a home in Yorktown, VA with Spencer Whealton representing me in the transaction. Spencer earned my respect and trust when he showed me some homes in VA while I was there a few months ago. My search continued online from California until he helped me find the house which I now own. Spencer was available to help me remotely tour homes and made himself available so that my daughter could see homes in person. He guided me through all aspects of the deal and I felt secure that I was getting the best advice and service from him. Spencer is an extraordinary person who I would recommend because of his integrity, honesty, professionalism and good humor.

Spencer really took the time to help us find the right house. He answered every question we had in a timely manner. He was very professional and walked us through every step of the buying process.

Ruby Conn and her team, Stephanie McDonald and Donna Milne, are outstanding. Before the listing, Ruby sat down with me after looking at my home, and she listened to me. By listening to me, Ruby could list and show my home in a way that made me comfortable. During the listing period, Ruby and her team were very active in showing my home and securing a contract. As great as Ruby and her team were in getting a contract, they were even better in making sure the contract closed. After signing the contract, there is a lot to do. The contract can fall through if all the things are not done on time. Ruby and her team make sure it all gets done. One of those things is repairs. After the inspection, there were a few repairs on my home that I needed to do. Ruby and her team knew the right people and got the repairs done. Moving is stressful. It was a relief not to have to worry about getting the repairs done, because Ruby and her team were taking care of it. After the sale closed, we had some unexpected issues. Even though her job was done when the sale closed, Ruby and her team helped me resolve the issues. If you need someone to help you sell or buy a home, you cannot do better than Ruby Conn and her team.
