She helped tidy the house before showing, arranged someone to look at possible roof leak, another to check for mold, someone to haul away trash, take pictures, advertise, numerous showings, contacted flippers when an inspection showed numerous issues and I wanted to sell it "as is".

As someone that was out of the state while selling, Stephanie kept me in the loop about everything. She also helped me contact local businesses.
She let me know what needed to be done to the house in order to get more money, and it all paid off. She worked with me on positioning the house with the right price and worked to help us when there were multiple bids.
Really, Stephanie was a huge asset. She even tried to explain to me the the funds wouldn't be available to me if we sold right around a holiday. Being from NJ, I didn't get it.

Ruby Conn and her team, Stephanie McDonald and Donna Milne, are outstanding. Before the listing, Ruby sat down with me after looking at my home, and she listened to me. By listening to me, Ruby could list and show my home in a way that made me comfortable. During the listing period, Ruby and her team were very active in showing my home and securing a contract. As great as Ruby and her team were in getting a contract, they were even better in making sure the contract closed. After signing the contract, there is a lot to do. The contract can fall through if all the things are not done on time. Ruby and her team make sure it all gets done. One of those things is repairs. After the inspection, there were a few repairs on my home that I needed to do. Ruby and her team knew the right people and got the repairs done. Moving is stressful. It was a relief not to have to worry about getting the repairs done, because Ruby and her team were taking care of it. After the sale closed, we had some unexpected issues. Even though her job was done when the sale closed, Ruby and her team helped me resolve the issues. If you need someone to help you sell or buy a home, you cannot do better than Ruby Conn and her team.
