Friendly. We originally thought of Kingsmill which is Lauren's specialty but pivoted to Ford's Colony as better suited to our needs and she had no hesitation in helping us when we changed our path. We hit an unexpected road bump in our first attempt at buying (113 Walton Heath) and lost our deposit, but Lauren did her best to help us through it. If ever we decide to buy another property or have our family members or friends ask for recommendations - i will 100% recommend Lauren. She is exceptional in her communication, approachability, responsiveness and friendliness.
