Thank God we stumbled into an open house one day in FoxCreek, Moseley, VA, where we met a wonderful woman named Frances. Speaking with her was like speaking to a friend you knew for many years. Right away my family and I knew we wanted Frances to be the person to help find us our new house. She is very sweet, extremely knowledgeable and was there for us every step of the way and beyond. For this first time home buyer, she made buying a new house a stress free experience. I loved how Frances was always in constant communication with us, how she answered all our questions and always offered such great advise. We trusted her completely. I will recommend Frances to anyone I know who is interested in buying a new house because that’s just how great of an experience we had and it’s all because of her.

Frances Capriglione is an excellent real estate agent! She went above and beyond in her duties as a realtor. Our move from New York was seamless thanks to her. Frances knew what we needed which in our case was pretty complicated, we had very particular needs. On her own initiative and being so creative she found us the perfect house. I just completed the selling and buying process and I can't imagine going through it without Frances! She made all the difference! She made a daunting process flow with ease. She kept track of everything and was there for me every time I needed her. No detail was too small for her! I needed her guidance to tell me when something was a normal part of the process - even when I wanted to freak out! She kept me calm every step of the way. She was so patient with me, and when late in the process of home searching, I realized I wanted something different; she made the quick pivot to send me other listings and that made all the difference in my outcome. A friend actually recommended Frances to me when I first expressed interest in buying a house because of her knowledge of the homebuying process and her ability to explain each step of the way. And while this wasn't the first house that I've purchased in my life, this was the first time that I had to purchase a house on my own.
