Frances is a fantastic realtor, and we cannot recommend her enough. Our house sale was extremely complex, as we were moving to another country many time zones away. She helped guide us through the entire process, making sure we got everything important done before we left. When we were out of the country, she handled every detail with the house: meeting contractors, handling questions and issues, and navigating payments. The sale went through without any delay, and we felt comfortable leaving the house in her hands while we were gone. Frances was incredibly kind, professional, responsive, and understanding during the process, and if we end up back in Richmond, we’d be happy to use her again!

Frances's prep for sale including staging, attentiveness and negotiating insights during sale, and detailed follow up of many moving pieces through sale were most helpful!
