Frances was referred to me by a Newport News agent named Shirley Hammond. Frances was not like every other agent who just wants to sell you a house. Frances guided me through the process of purchasing my first home. Being a first time home buyer I had MANY questions that Frances did not hesitate to answer. My overall experience with Frances was amazing and I would refer her to anyone who is buying a home.

What an amazing experience I have had with Frances Capriglione! She represented me in selling my house and purchasing a new one. She is a rockstar! I was scared and overwhelmed with everything. She kept in constant contact with me and held my hand during the entire process. She was my cheerleader and kept me going! Even after the sale, she has been keeping in touch and making sure that my new house is everything that I dreamed of. I'm so impressed with the way she has rolled up her sleeves, pitched in, and taken so much off of my plate! She stayed on top of everything and advocated for me. I could have never made this big move without her! I highly recommend her!!

Frances was amazing from start to finish. We came to her with prior bad experiences using realtors and she completely changed our view on realtors. Frances is a fantastic realtor, and we cannot recommend her enough. Our house sale was extremely complex, as we were moving to another country many time zones away. She helped guide us through the entire process, making sure we got everything important done before we left. When we were out of the country, she handled every detail with the house: meeting contractors, handling questions and issues, and navigating payments. The sale went through without any delay, and we felt comfortable leaving the house in her hands while we were gone. Frances was incredibly kind, professional, responsive, and understanding during the process, and if we end up back in Richmond, we’d be happy to use her again!
