Maryann helped us navigate a transaction that had a lot of moving parts in a region of VA she had not worked in yet. She helped coordinate all of the important documents and stayed in constant touch with all vendors involved. She was transparent and guided us through some tricky situations and ultimately, she made it as smooth as possible. She never backs down from a challenge!
