There’s nothing more she could have done for us, she was responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way. She kept the stress off of our family dealing with a difficult buyer. I will absolutely refer her in the future.

Elissa was very helpful in understanding the market and also the areas we were looking for that hit our most important wish-list items. She also ensured our best interests were kept in mind and was also up-front with information for expectation management
and understanding on our end.
She quickly honed in on what the important items were for us to show us homes that met those checklist items. She was also understanding we were traveling on the weekends and lived four hours out and worked with our schedule for showings on the
weekends, even short notice new listings. We were also very appreciative during the walk-through - she made a list of items and was assisting us with checking on those items to make sure nothing was missed. She also shared lists of contractors she worked with that were reputable and fought for us to keep our USAA lender from getting us charged. She also pushed the title company to be responsive to USAA for the seller to get us in our home as soon as possible.
Even when she was not available and was on vacation, she aligned her mother to support our real estate needs for showings. She was forward-leaning and helpful and answered all our questions as they came up.
We had a wonderful experience - when we list our
property when we move out of the area, we would definitely consider this real estate company.

Randi made sure our best interest was first. She was patient, honest, and always responded with concerns in a timely manner. She maintained professionalism when the buyer wasn't always pleasant.

Leanne was very knowledgeable about the market and what needed to be in an offer to come out on top over multiple other offers. She was also willing to see lots of houses in a short time with and for me, even if I could not be there in person. Her video tours were extremely helpful in enabling me to choose a house from a different state.
