Since I was a first time buyer she walked me through my many questions.

Leah is amazing. She was representing a builder. She made it clear she didn't just sell a house, she sold a home. Though she was the builder's agent she went to bat for us and made sure things were right. She had answers and a clear head for solutions. Her understanding of the real estate process and paperwork was correct and insightful. She shared her own prior personal experiences as a homeowner and buyer. I never felt abandoned in the long tedious process of building our home. Her integrity and core values are exemplary! She is more than an agent she is a special person in our life.

Leah was excellent at communicating with our difficult tenant. In addition to cleaning the bathrooms and installing air fresheners at her expense, several times she scheduled to have the grass cut while the house was on the market. This was very important to us because we are out of state.

Leah is a FABULOUS listener. She brought me to properties that had the potential for my interest-not just listed properties. She is friendly and efficient, scheduled efficient viewings to maximize number of properties we could visit.

If she didn't answer, she quickly responded. I always felt that she had my best interest at heart the entire time. Leah was exceptional and I can't say enough good things about her.
