Being a senior citizen and widow for 12 years, I realized I could no longer handle the upkeep on my home of 34 years. I called Vicki Burnette for advice on selling my home. I could not be happier with that decision. She took all the stress off me, and assured me the house would sell. There were some repairs that had to be done, but Vicki had reliable and professional contacts. I never had to call around to find solutions. She was able to sell my house (received multiple contracts), and I netted more proceeds than I ever thought possible. Vicki Burnette is genuinely caring, hard working, and was a real blessing.

for a home unseen purchase and made the transition as smooth as possible

And was extremely responsive.

We lived 4 hours away and Vicki was so informative showing us properties. Understanding about what we wanted and needed. Very detailed oriented and professional.

and prepared for all possibilities.

She made me feel comfortable and was patient with me when it came to understanding the process. I will absolutely refer Vicki in the future.

She was always available and answered all my questions. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions

She was always able to answer any questions we had, and was great in all of her dealings on our behalf.

She made sure everything was scheduled, including keeping us on task. But also loved the pre-inspection and pre-appraisal. I absolutely will refer her in the future.
