As first-time home buyers, my husband and I needed an agent with the right knowledge and skills to guide us in this crazy Spring market - Brigit provided just that and then some! Brigit kept us informed and educated throughout every step of the process. She is organized, professional, responsive, and very creative, ultimately being the one to locate our home by thinking outside of the box. We so enjoyed our time working with Brigit, who in addition to being a great agent, is also an all-around awesome person who cares about your happiness and future. Brigit is amazing!! She made us feel like family. She worked so hard for us and you can tell she really loves her job and wants what is best for everyone!! Brigit Lane was/is amazing. She maintained her professionalism and kindness during the many months of house hunting. She was always on the lookout for houses. Yes, it is her job but she would be up at the crack of dawn looking to see what was coming on the market that day. There were times we looked at 2 or 3 houses one day and do the same thing the next day. She was always available to answer questions and to look at houses. You are fortunate to have her on your team. Her knowledge, professionalism and patience are to be commended

Brigit always found the answers to our questions about listing quickly and always got back to us within 24 hours, even on the weekends! Brigit was patient through the entire process. She did not rush us into listing but continued to check in to see if we needed anything and just to see how things were going. She encouraged the pre-inspection of our home. Selling our house is stressful and the pre-inspection allowed us to make repairs on our time and budget before listing.

I would recommend Brigit to anyone and everyone! We were located out of state while looking for a house and she drove to homes to take pictures/videos when we needed them. She offered to pick me up from the airport when flying in for the inspection. She reached out to some of the neighbors via handwritten letter letting them know we would be moving in. She was so knowledgeable about the houses and the areas they were in but presented all the information in such a non-biased way; it made us feel very comfortable and supported that she truly wanted to find the right home for us.
