Walked me through it all and helped with whatever services we needed to get the house ready. Even when I was stressing out after two bad showings, they were talking me through it and the third showing sold the house. Helping explain the market and customers and reasons why we did what we did, the house sold fast, and they really knew their market well!

My husband had underdone emergency surgery and was unable to finish the window cleaning. She helped us get it done before the photographer showed up. Also after we left the state there was a delay at the buyers end. We were worried the the lawn was not being maintained as we had canceled our lawn services. Vicki again stepped in and offered to take care of it. Thankfully that was not needed.She did everything, we have no complaints.

She sat down with us to come up with a realistic price to sell the house. She kept us informed as to the progress once house went under contract. I can't think of anything she could have done differently.
