Chris Austin is a fabulous real estate agent for horse enthusiasts! As a horse owner herself, she can appreciate the importance and value of assets that are particularly important to “horse people”. She was able to market and promote the property in a knowledgeable way to appeal to the perfect buyer. Chris provided excellent guidance and handled a phenomenal number of details, including contractors, outside of the normal transaction. I unequivocally recommend Christ for any buyer or seller of horse property!

As your agent, Chris will keep you updated and informed throughout the sales process. She will thoroughly research your property to ensure that you get a good price at sale. Chris made herself available to us when we needed her attention. This property was owned by a Fishing & Hunting Club. Chris took the extra time to respond to questions and explain issues to the group. This was very helpful.

Having someone who is so knowledgeable helped for a very thorough and smooth transaction. She was able to help find information we needed and referred a very competent builder to us.

Selling a house can be stressful. Chris was very good alleviating those feelings and keeping everything in its proper perspective.

She scheduled numerous agent appts, deftly handled all offers and aided us in making the best decision for us. She also worked great with the photographer to give us a beautiful listing in MLS.

Christine Austin handled our home sale leaving the Williamsburg area 12 years ago and coming back to the Williamsburg area 2 years ago. She proved to be on top of the process, leaving no surprises.
