She utilizes the most up-to-date selling methods with honesty and integrity. Even after the deal was done and I moved, she stopped by to see how things went. I will definitely use her when I move again in a few years.

We met. Meg at an open house at another property about 6 months before we were ready to buy. She set us up to get the MLS
listings and we started feeling the market out. When Athena and Meg went out looking they went to 4 houses. Meg was a little
reluctant to show the one we bought because it was slightly above our budget but Athena wanted to see. As soon as Athena walked
in the front door it "spoke to her" and she knew THIS is the house I want so she called me to tell me about it and I actually called Meg to put in an offer on it before I had even seen the house. Everything went smoothly and very professionally.
