When I first decided to buy a house I didn't know where to start. One or my coworkers recommended me to use Toby and it was the best decision ever. He guided me through the whole process while being very helpful and knowledgeable. He didn't leave any questioned unanswered. He took the time to find the house that we wanted and never once tried to pressure us into buying something we didn't like

Excellent for first time buyers like us. Really taught us a lot of the real estate lingo and watched out for us. Showed us a variety of homes, helped us bargain with the previous owner of our house to even include a pool table and all appliances. Deal-finder. You can trust Toby. Highly recommended.

Very helpful throughout the process of my first home purchase. Showed me many different houses that fit in my budget he also introduced me to a local lender who is also very personal.
