You can tell Tammy loves real estate, and cares about people, too. She negotiates firmly on behalf of her clients, and deals with difficulties that arise all while keeping her laughter and smile. Honestly, I don’t know how she does it. Tammy’s a great listener, which helps her understand what exactly a family needs in a home. As a buyer’s agent she is really skilled at looking carefully at a home, to spot any potential problems and see if it is the right fit. She was also encouraging when the search process took a very long time. I learned a lot about houses while working with her!I can’t say enough good things about Tammy Smith.
