We got immediate attention for any problem. She encouraged us to do things we might not have done--ask for concession re hot water heater. She wouldn't give up on a Friday afternoon until she found a mortgage lender so we could get a letter accompanying our bid. She's enthusiastic, upbeat, knowledgeable, and is the total package. As we prepare to list our previous home, she has given advice, met with the painters and us, and made us feel better about the potential this house has to offer.
