In 2017 we moved back to Williamsburg and Tammy helped us find a new home again. And in 2023 it was time to sell again and Tammy is the first person we called. We now get to say , we have an agent that we have worked with for 20 years. Tammy is knowledgeable and professional and always understands our family’s wants and needs for buying and selling a home. She did all the things wonderfully.

She’s so knowledgeable & was supportive & helpful every step of the way. EVERYTHING was valuable!! We had a very unique situation here that I’m sure has not been seen or heard of before. As soon as issues came up Tammy was right there by my side. Being from out of state made things more difficult but Tammy made me feel like I was right there. For awhile, nothing was going right as far as addressing issues coming up with the house(repairs & updating). I was getting so stressed & frustrated with the whole situation, breaking down & crying too. But, then all I had to do was talk to Tammy & she just jumped into action to help on the local level & made everything ok again. She definitely went above & beyond with the sale of my house. She would say “it’s part of my job”. I told her I disagree & that she’s my angel. Again, I just want to add what an amazing job Tammy did for my family even dating back 20+ years ago when she sold the house to my parents. My dad knew a good person back then too. That’s why I knew Tammy was the only person for the job to sell the house this time. I can go on & on, I just wanted to let Liz Moore know what a great asset you have in your company & the name is Tammy Smith. There is nothing Tammy didn’t do for us. She covered it all. Everything was great, I wouldn’t change a thing. Great experience.
