Gayle was a pleasure to work with and provided information about everything we needed to sell our house as quickly as possible. She responded quickly to texts and calls, answering all our questions. She staged the house and provided updated lighting fixtures for us to replace in the house at her expense. No other agent ever offered to do this. Gayle was all about working with us to sell the house fast and told us exactly what needed to be done to sell it. It worked because she had offers on the house before it was listed! And, they were above listing price! She was a pleasure to work with!
