Gayle was the best. She was there for us every step of the way and beyond.

From the moment she walked in the door-I thought "WOW! This girl knows her stuff-she knew immediately what needed to be done to sell the house! She walked around the house with me & told me what I needed to do....this was so helpful to me because I was overwhelmed, doing this all by myself! She checked in with me later to see how my "progress" was going, which I thought was very sweet! She kept me posted on showings, etc. Gayle & Sheila Dunn are a GREAT team- knowledgeable-motivated-classy-friendly & FUN!!! I can't imagine a better team!! TOP NOTCH ALL THE WAY!

Gayle is phenomenal. She understood how to price the home to sell quickly and fairly. She was also willing to take a firm negotiating stance with buyer's agent. Everything she did was helpful.
