We first contacted Gayle in March 2017. Gayle listened to what we were looking for and found the perfect Neighborhood for us,
Collington, in Midlothian. When we flew down from New Hampshire, Gayle took so much time to show us the area. Gayle has been
so supportive and has been with us through every step of this process of purchasing a new home. We cannot say enough good things. Whatever we needed, Gayle spent the time to find answers fir us. Gayle is so professional and has a great personality. Gayle is a very charming person and we were so surprised with her thoughtful housewarming gifts. Gayle is very special to us. We cannot thank her enough for all that she has done. We now feel that Gayle is "family "to us.

Gayle provides excellent service. Gayle always responded promptly to any question that we had. Being in New Hampshire, Gayle was on top of every aspect of building this home. Gayle interacted with Main St., Homes regarding our contract, selections, and all matters that needed attention. We had a lot of fun with Gayle when we went to the design center to choose all of our selections. We greatly appreciate that Gayle was available to meet with our building inspector that we hired. Gayle also recommended a specialist who did a
radon test. Finally, we had a severe moisture problem in our home. Gayle contacted her mold specialist and within a day he was there to assess the crawlspace. Now the home has been remedied and we feel very comfortable. Gayle helped us to negotiate with the builder, regarding the added expense due to this moisture problem, Gayle is so supportive and understands our concerns. We cannot believe all the hours that Gayle spent to make us happy in our new beautiful home. Gayle has gone above and beyond our expectations in a realtor. We have dealt with other realtors, and Gayle has far exceeded what any realtor has ever done for us. Gayle is a gem !!

After our initial meeting with Gayle, we decided to look no further.
