She was very patient with us as we narrowed our search, and went above and beyond when we decided we wanted to live on the other side of the river. We were very grateful and she never made it feel like a burden even when we had to drive an hour to see houses. I don't believe there was anything within Karen's power that could have made this process any easier or better.
