Buying or selling, Teddy is THE MAN. He is our Buyer's Agent. We had a tough search for a house to buy; we're picky as all heck. We tried other Buyers Agents before we knew about Teddy. We had to fire 3 of them, as they insisted on showing us things we said we did NOT want, and refused to show what we said we DID want. Teddy worked hard, with the financial, geographic and feature parameters we stated, and found our house - at a price near our budget. Teddy kept us advised of developments in our search and directed us to friendly mortgage lenders. Now we're in, and delighted with Teddy's service. He's part of the reason we are no longer wasting money on apartment rent, but building equity for our future.
