We bought our dream retirement home in Ford's Colony and then COVID hit, so we had to postpone moving to Williamsburg. We made a decision to rent our house. Allison Miller has been our property manager at Liz Moore for the last 2 years and we could not be more pleased. She made everything about the process of marketing and renting our home easy. Allison is always on top any issue. We felt like we had a relative or close friend watching out for our property. Our tenants have expressed what a pleasure it has been to do business with Allison and Liz Moore. You really can't ask for better service. She has been there to help us with minor problems before they escalated, like the stove breaking when supply chain issued made it difficult to get a new one.

Liz Moore, Allison W. in particular, is an amazing property management group and I highly recommend. We were nervous about renting our house when we moved overseas but Allison answered every question and made me feel comfortable and confidant in our choice to allow tenants. This house is our "forever" house and I was afraid to rent to just anyone. Allison assured us they would take care of our home, find quality tenants and ensure any issues were properly managed. She did all this and more, finding great tenants THE DAY WE LISTED and has been holding my hand through the whole process ever since. I am NOT an easy person to deal with, having high expectations combined with anxiety over the smallest issues. Allison never gets upset, fields all my issues quickly, schedules with contractors and my tenants, doing EVERYTHING calmly, quickly and NEVER gets upset. Liz Moore property management has been managing our rental properties in Williamsburg,VA for the past few months.
