and we are so thankful we found her. We needed to buy our first home while we were still in Texas. We knew next to nothing about the area and nothing about buying a house. Brandi was incredibly helpful in helping us know what to look for in a house as well as a neighborhood. When we were unable to see a home, she would go and look at it for us, sending us pictures and her notes. She knew all of the questions to ask when viewing a home and her experience as a structural engineer made us confident in her opinion. She made us feel like we were her first priority clients, almost like we were her children buying their first home :) I honestly don't think we would have found our home (and for the price) without her. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Even after we closed on our house, Brandi would reach out almost daily to make sure we were doing okay. We had a very special/complicated buying situation, but Brandi adopted the challenge and made sure the process was painless and enjoyable! We had a number of fire drills that Brandi was able to handle with speed, precision, and with minimal involvement from us. Not only does she excel at her job, but she creates an impenetrable sense of comradery between herself and her clients. Buying a home with Brandi was like spending time with a good friend - she always made herself available, whether is it was early morning, late night, weekends, etc. She absorbed so much of our stress as first-time buyers, so that we were able to actually take pleasure in buying a home! We will never buy/sell property without her.
