We could not see the house in person as we lived out of state, and Brandi made sure to take detailed videos and kept in touch on a regular basis regarding all matters of the house. She even worked with us on Christmas Eve to ensure that required documentation was completed for our purchase of the home. She was very thorough with all matters..We will absolutely refer Brandi! In the future we know we will sell our rent this property and we will be sure to go through Brandi and Liz Moore & Associates again!regarding the home, inspection, and repairs. We are a military family who recently moved from Alaska. I had been looking at recommendations online for realtors in the area and Brandi's name kept popping up. I am so glad we found her because I cannot imagine working with anyone else - she was absolutely amazing. I would give her 10 stars if I could! We fell in love with a home we saw online and started the process to buy while we were still in Alaska. Unfortunately, the home had major problems and it ended up not working out (for the best.) Throughout this whole process Brandi was always super professional, honest, easy to communicate with, and had our backs. It was clear she wanted us to find a home that we not only loved but that was solid and a perfect fit for our family. Ultimately, we ended up finding an even better fit for us in Williamsburg and we are SO thankful with the way everything turned out. There's a reason Brandi is one of the top agents in the area - she knows. her. stuff. And being prior military herself, she just "gets it."

But beyond that, her most important quality is that she truly cares. She makes you feel as if you are the single most important client she has and she really listens to your wants and desires. The home was only on the market for five days before it sold. We are so grateful to Brandi for guiding us through each step of the process and her personal touches such as being there herself for repairmen when we could not and understanding the needs of a military family. I cannot recommend Brandi highly enough. She is best!
